A Mindful Path to Healthy Living Nicole Wegweiser, LCSW, MSW "The best way out is always through" -Robert Frost
What I Do
Let's be real for a moment, life is tough! Sometimes it can be difficult to move past what is getting in our way of being our true, authentic, peaceful, joyful selves. This could be a relationship, a situation, an anxiety, a trauma that has caused us suffering and pain. There is nothing like having an objective outsider that can truly listen in a supportive and empathic way, I am are here to be that person for you. Ultimately you are the expert on your life, and I am here to hold space in a nurturing way so that you can feel safe enough to identify or uncover whatever is holding you back from being the best version of you, or your relationship that you can be.
I use an interactive, eclectic relational approach where I am here to listen, and provide feedback that I may feel would be important and necessary for you to feel better. My individualized approach is specific to each person or couple I work with, depending on what you are looking to achieve. I am always training in evidence-based practices to meet your specific needs and I tailor my approach accordingly.
I work with primarily adults as individuals and as couples collaboratively to achieve the goals that you have set forth in the beginning of the therapeutic process. These may be specific goal-oriented and short-term, or perhaps more open-ended and long-term depending on your needs and wants.
