Through my own healing journey, I have learned that talk therapy simply isn't enough. The issues are in your tissues. The body keeps score. I recognized that as a former dancer, I have been and always be a musician. A friend of mine invited me to a sound bath at her home and I fell in love with the experience. I asked my children and husband for Mother's Day for a set of crystal singing bowls and have been hooked ever since. Through my own psychedelic journeys, sound baths have been an incredible way for me to drop in to an even deeper state of calm and relaxation. I offer sound baths during my Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy sessions with clients individually, for couples to connect and co-regulate, and for group healing circles. I incorporate other instruments including various drums, chimes, rain stick, and gong. During a sound bath, clients are typically asked to lay down with an eye mask, blanket, pillow on a yoga mat.
