Dine and Deepen Intimacy

One of the things I do most with the couples I work with is to help them find ways to connect and spend quality time together.  Carving out a "date night" for couples, especially those with kids, is crucial to allow the couple time to be together and enjoy each other's company.  Often, these nights are spent dining at a restaurant together.   A lot of times, these conversations had when out to eat can get stagnant, and be more about organizing the family calendar and discussing the mental load.

My husband and I love to go out to eat together, and during these meals out, we created a list of questions that we thought would help deepen emotional intimacy between ourselves, and any couple willing to use them.  Feel free to use this list of questions at home, on vacation, or anywhere you like to deepen your intimacy and feel closer to your partner.

When do you desire physical intimacy the most?

What is a way that I touch you that feels good?
